Investing in Early Childhood Care and Development is investing in the future

The Early Childhood Care and Development portal is a data portal linked to the result framework of ECCD Philippines. It is a platform to plan, report and monitor results on key ECCD priorities. This portal has 2 components - the monitoring platform accessible to authorised users and the resource library, for knowledge management, open for public users. This data portal is being supported by UNICEF and managed by the ECCD Council.
